Prof. Bhawani Shanker Sharma, born in 1945, at Banasthali, Rajasthan, holds a doctorate from Kanpur University. Bestowed with numerous awards, his works have left a trail of impressions across the country. Apart from exhibiting in major All India and State Exhibitions of Art, he has also held several captivating displays of his artworks. With many published writings to his name, his paintings in collections adorn scores of prestigious locales throughout the globe.
Gogi saroj Pal, an eminent artist works in many media, including gouache, oil, ceramic and weaving. Her works usually have women as their subject, and many of her paintings have a fantastical element that still comment on the female condition. She has a diploma in painting from the College of Art in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Over the years she has had nearly 30 solo shows and won a number of awards including the National Award of the Lalit Kala Akademi. She also participated in a large number of group shows both in India and overseas: Yugoslavia, Germany, France, Cuba and Japan among others.
He was trained as a sculptor at the Dayton Art Institute and then earned a bachelor's degree in painting from the University of Dayton, a Master's, in perceptual psychology, from Wright State University and an interdisciplinary Doctorate from the College of Design, Architecture Art & Planning at the University of Cincinnati. Besides these he has been a faculty member in the Art Department at the University of North Carolina and is the founder of their Digital Arts and Media Integration Studies
She is Founder of Lexicon Art Gallery, an online collection of the best from the Indian contemporary art. She has interest in art and sculpture, which brings her closer to the artists and painters. She has been deeply involved in choosing the artwork for the Lexicon reserve for many years now. Mamta is also behind the exhibitions and the series of shows. She has brought up the concept of the Lexicon Reserve and the Lexicon Collection.
Navneet Raman started Kriti Gallery and Residency in Banaras in 2005. He is the director and curator of the gallery. Navneet founded the Banaras Cultural Foundation in 2015. Kriti Gallery and Banaras Cultural Foundation together work towards the promotion of cultural activities and the interaction of art and artists with the audience in Banaras. The Kriti Residency hosted, in the last 10 years, over 200 artists from around the world. Navneet is passionate about his city of Banaras, its preservation and ecology.
Kiran Chopra’s journey into the world of art started in the year 2010 after a sabbatical from media industry.
