Having 30 years of working experience with leading MNC’s world wide as finance & accounts professional, expert in “strategic turnkey management?, he has a clear understanding of organization and strives to identify issues before they become problems.
He is the most versatile and experienced events person in Jaipur and plans and executes everything that he takes on and he exudes a passion in art and whatever he does. After schooling at Xavier's and college in Jaipur, he went to the US and worked in the international trading market for 6 years. He has in these last 23 years successfully founded or co-founded many start ups. At present he is Chairman and Co-founder at RAIN (Rajasthan Angel Innovators Network).

An alumnus of Sir J.J School of Arts, Bombay, a modern Indian painter and President & founding member of the Progressive Artists Group of Rajasthan (PAG). Besides these he is a recipient of ‘Kalavid’, which is State's highest honor given for exceptional contribution towards the advancement of Art, Veteran Artist Honor by All India Fine Arts & Crafts Society, Lifetime Achievement Award by Rajasthan Lalit Kala Akademy, Tableaux Design award of Rajasthan Govt., Kala Sadhak Honor by Sanskar Bharti and several state and national awards.

Ar. Sharad Maithel is the Founding principal of M A Architects and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Involved in projects, covering most of the building types including residential, retail, mixed use, office, institutional, commercial and industrial, his idea to collaborate and work with foreign architects on some prestigious projects across India, has brought the practice commendable reputation and recognition. Having graduated from the prestigious Sir J.J. College of Arts, Mumbai, Sharad is a registered architect with Council of Architecture and a member of Indian Institute of Architects and Institute of Indian Interior Designers.
He is Founder Director of ‘Atelier Habib’ a uniquely trusted luxury interior design house, specializing in super prime properties in most desirable addresses. He is having an exclusive passion for art and antiques.
Being a Part time art promoter during his employment he is now giving full time to Art Promotion. He is Doctorate in ‘Retail Management’ and alumnus of Griffith University, Australia and member of the Advisory Board to IBMT, Bangalore. He has 12 years of corporate experience in a highly competitive environment at international level and around 15 years of teaching & training experience in Asia Pacific region. Was honored Community Leadership Award by ILD-RIICO in 2013.
